Off the Menu- Stuffed Pork Chops

Stuffing

Bread, day old or stiff french bread

Dried cherries or dried fruit of choice

1 egg

Walnuts

Apples-use for actually stuffing

Cook at 350 degrees until firm. Let cool before stuffing

Pork Chops

16 oz. french cut pork chops

Grill lightly on both side

Slice and butterfry.

Cook at 375 degrees for appox. 25 minutes
