(WECT) - It's not always easy to be healthy when you go out to eat, but Men's Health has compiled a list of the 30 worst foods in America that could sway your decision when ordering dinner.

Some foods on the list are obviously bad, but others are more surprising.

A bottle of Sobe Liz Blizz has more sugar than two Snickers candy bars.

If you're craving a late night snack stay away from Di Giorno's supreme pizza for one, it is the worst frozen pizza for you.

While we're in the freezer - Stouffers White Meat Chicken Pie is the worst frozen meal you can choose.

"There are two servings in here, but no one is going to eat half of it," said Sonia Angel, the coordinator for diabetes and nutrition.  "It's over 1000 calories."

Pop Secret Kettle Corn was picked, but there is a low calorie, low fat version you can pick up instead.  If popcorn is your craving, stay away from the movie theatre butter flavor - it contains 5 grams of trans fat.

The worst sandwich you can pick up on the go is Quizno's large tuna melt with nearly 1,800 calories and 133 grams of fat.

The worst Mexican dish on the "Eat This, Not That" list - Chili's fajitas quesadilllas with rice beans.  The four tortillas and condiments total more than 2,200 calories.

Sonia says it's not where you eat, but the choices you make.

"My recommendation is to watch total fat sodium," said Sonia.

Eating right doesn't have to be boring.  Choosing different versions of your favorite foods can save you hundreds of calories.
