Wilmington officers share gang information with others

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Officers involved in the anti-gang initiative in Wilmington presented their findings to other professionals Tuesday.

The North Carolina Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Studies is hosting a week-long class at UNCW. 

It is a chance for professionals and students who plan to work in areas of intervention, prevention, and education to learn from people involved in similar fields of work.

Course particpants will earn credit towards certifcation at the end of training.
