  • conspiring to traffic in cocaine
  • possession with intent to sell & deliver cocaine
  • maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia

Oscar has been charged with:

  • conspiring to traffic in cocaine
  • possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine

Two more arrests were made a week later after detectives searched 13 vehicles and seized an additional kilo of cocaine.

Sheriff's Detectives, with the assistance of the State Bureau of Investigation, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms and the North Carolina Highway Patrol, continue to investigate individuals connected to the father and son who were arrested.
