Missing woman from Shallotte found

SHALLOTTE, NC (WECT) - The Shallotte Police Department located a woman who has been missing for over a month Thursday night.

26-year-old Jennifer Dimaio was last seen by family on May 17, 2009. Dimaio was found in the Southport area according to authorities.

Shallotte Police say she is OK and confirmed media coverage aided their search.
