NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Hundreds of New Hanover County students have missed the last days of schools out of fear of contracting the H1N1 virus.

Now, it's the last day of traditional school and health officials suspect another case of the flu strain in a student at Bradley Creek Elementary.

The student was not in school and parents were notified by the principal through the "Alert Now" message system.

Again, this case has not yet been confirmed.

So far a total of seven cases have been confirmed in New Hanover County.
