WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - About 40 more people will reportedly lose their job this month when Stock Building Supply closes its Wilmington doors.
According to a spokesperson, the Raleigh-based home building supply company is closing it's Wilmington location at 111 Military Cutoff Road and several other locations in North Carolina.
Stock, one of the world's largest home building supply providers, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May.
Wilmington has been declared an under performing market and will be closed until there is more of a demand in the housing industry.
The supplier is expected to end business June 12.
