Wilmington wellness clinic to help wounded warriors

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - North College Road Animal Hospital held a wellness clinic Saturday to benefit the Carolina Canines Wounded Warriors program.  The clinic which was opened from 12 until 3pm, screened more than 30 dogs and cats.

North College Road Animal Hospital took blood work on the animals and will give owners a full report, all for $30 an animal.  All proceeds will go to the Carolina Canines Wounded Warrior program, which helps train service dogs for wounded veterans.
