2 lbs. Grouper filet

1/2 cups of Pineapple Rum

3 slices of lime

3 round onion slices

2 tsp. dried oregano

4 tbs. butter

salt and pepper to taste

4 Pineapple chucks

1) Arrange fish filets in center of baking sheet

2) Coast fish with melted butter

3) Pour rum over fish

4) Season with salt, pepper and oregano

5) Arrange lime slices down center of group

6) Place onion slices on top

7) Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 min

8) Broil if necessary
