What is JEOPARDY! Live?

It is a new mobile game that Jeopardy! viewers can download to their cell phones.   It will allow viewers to play along with the Jeopardy! broadcast in real time. 

  

How do I get JEOPARDY! Live for my phone?

Is JEOPARDY! Live available to play on the web?

  • No, you can only play on your mobile phone.  Currently, the game is available on Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, US Cellular & Verizon. 

How much does JEOPARDY! Live cost?

  • Pricing varies depending on your carrier.  Please check the price on your phone or visit your carrier's website for more information.  Depending on your service plan, data charges may apply.

 

Where can I find out more about Jeopardy! Live?

  • Players can visit www.playjeopardylive.com and select the "Help & FAQ's" section.
  • For email support, send an email request to support@airplay.com
  • Phone support is not available.  Please email support@airplay.com with your contact information and they will work closely with you to resolve any issues or technical difficulties.

What to do if the timing of the Question is off (less than 30 seconds):

  • If the responses are appearing on your phone too early, press * to slow down your game.
  • If the responses are appearing on your phone too late, press # to speed up your game.

 

What to do if the Synchronization with your TV is off (more than 30 seconds):

Go to the Game Menu and select TIMING PROBLEMS. 

What to do if you are playing from a different location:

  • You may need to change your zip code, TV provider and/or your TV definition.  To do this, go to the JEOPARDY! Live Main Menu and then to Settings.  Once in Settings, you can update your location information.

What to do if you have connection issues:

  • Check to see if you have service in your area
  • Turn the phone off and on

I'm really good at this game and think I could be a contestant!  How do I get on the show?
