    Trot Nixon roamed the outfield in Boston’s Fenway Park for nearly a decade, running down fly balls, diving for line drives and taking head-first tumbles into the stands to catch foul balls. He had a lot of success prior to his days as a member of the Boston Red Sox, while wearing the uniforms of New Hanover High School.
