    The storm that slugged the Cape Fear Region with multiple inches of rain Monday and Tuesday will swirl over the Mid-Atlantic Region for most of the rest of the week. Its "just far enough away" position will allow for a pattern of lower - not zero, but lower - rain chances and seasonably warm temperatures locally.
