Digital viewers can now get on-demand local conditions and weather forecasts twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with the meteorologists of the WECT First Alert Weather Team. WECT was the first television station in the Wilmington market to broadcast a live local weather channel which debuted April 15, 2005.
