Updated:

Overview
The start of the weekend should be dry and mild.  The next system will bring widespread rain to the area on Sunday and maybe early Monday.  Tuesday and Wednesday will feature a lot of sun and mild temperatures.   Temperatures should drop as we go through next week towards Thanksgiving Day.

Tonight Lo: 47
Tonight will be partly cloudy and cool for Friday night football.  Game time temperatures will be near 60.  Slight chance of patchy fog developing overnight as lows will fall into the 40's.

Saturday Hi: 65 Lo: 51
It looks like we should be able to salvage a pretty nice day.  Saturday morning will start off mostly sunny except where fog exists but increasing high clouds will move in through the day as a storm in the Gulf cranks up and starts to push eastward.  Saturday night clouds will continue to increase but it appears we may get through rain free.

Sunday and Monday
Scattered showers will move in Sunday morning with heavier and more widespread rain likely Sunday evening into Sunday night.  This will occur as the Gulf low begins to move up the Carolina coast.  Highs Sunday will top out in the low to mid 60's.  Monday morning will start off cloudy with some lingering showers.  As the low pulls away we should see some peaks of sun with windy conditions Monday afternoon.  Highs Monday will reach the upper 60's.

Tuesday through Thanksgiving Day
Tuesday and Wednesday will be mostly sunny and mild with highs in the low 70's.  On Thanksgiving Day Canadian high pressure will start to bring much cooler weather into the area.  Highs will drop into the low 60's Thursday under partly cloudy skies.  Even colder air will pour into the area Thursday night and into Black Friday.

Have a great weekend,

Robb Ellis
