AUGUST 31, 2005 -- Airlines are dealing with the fuel frenzy caused by Hurricane Katrina. Many of them are running low on jet fuel and are having to cancel hundreds of flights.
We checked with authorities at Wilmington International Airport to see if that has had an effect on flights here. They say, so far, there haven't been any cancellations and they don't predict it to be a problem.
