JUNE 26, 2005 -- Area quilt makers showed off their craftsmanship on Saturday.
They participated in the 23rd annual "Quilters by the Sea" Quilt Show at the Coast Line Convention Center.
More than 200 people from the region participated in the show.
People who came out to take a peek saw colorful quilts. Many of the quilts were crafted by hand and the best quilts received awards.
The show was sponsored by the Quilters by the Sea Organization, which has been around since 1982.
