CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WECT) – The Seawitch Café in Carolina Beach will soon re-open the tiki bar.
The bar suffered heavy damage in May when Robert Arthur Foltz allegedly set fire to the business.
The restaurant is using the opportunity to remodel the outdoor bar, giving it a sports bar at the beach feel.
Management is ready to put the incident in the past and will have a grand re-opening scheduled for August 6. They plan to have a three-day beach music festival in the new bar.
Foltz is awaiting trial.
