PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Students at Topsail High School can get their java fix before and after school at their new on-campus coffee shop.

Mocha Cove is run by students, an idea originally discussed in an interior design class last year that became a realty when two students developed the idea for their senior projects.

The coffee shop is designed to be a student study lounge and is open from 7:45-8:15 a.m. and 3:20-4:00 p.m. to everyone, and to faculty and some students during the rest of the day.

FCCLA members run the shop while the culinary arts students prepare baked goods for it.
