Seasonable weather returns for the start of our work week.
Temperatures will warm ahead of a cold front on Tuesday. High pressure
builds in mid-week bringing cooler weather for the remainder of the week
with a slow return of the sunshine.
THROUGH TONIGHT: Overcast skies with spotty, isolated showers will continue to be the story. Low temperatures will dip into the mid 60s across much of the area with upper 60s to near 70 along the coast.
MONDAY: Expect thick cloud cover with a slight increase in humidity and temperatures. High temperatures will be in the low 80s. Light showers are possible throughout the day. Low temperatures will hover near 70.
With the approach of another cold front, showers and a few storms are
likely, especially during the daytime hours. High temperatures will be
in the low to mid 80s with low temperatures in the upper 60s.
EXTENDED: Overcast skies and cooler temperatures will be the rule for late this week. Lingering moisture from the offshore front could bring us some light showers and drizzles near the coast. Drier weather and more sunshine slowly returns by the weekend.
