WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Sarah McLachlan, the multiple Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter, will be hitting the stage at Cape Fear Community College’s Wilson Center in February.
During her impressive career, McLachlan has been awarded three Grammys, 12 Juno Awards, and has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide. McLachlan also founded the Lilth Fair tour which showcased female musicians and raised over $7 million for charities.
Despite her musical accolades and charitable efforts, McLachlan may be best known for appearing in the heartbreaking commercials for ASPCA which featured her song Angel.
McLachlan’s show is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m.
